- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I did my taxes with H&R Block last year and had a wonderful experience. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. This year I wanted to shop around a bit. My intention was to use H&R Block's services again this year, but after the experience I just had at this location today I no longer will use them ever. An elderly white woman with red hair and glasses was very rude and tried using "scare tactics" to try to get me to set up an appointment to prepare my taxes. All I wanted was some literature about them and tax preparation to help me decide and was told I couldn't have that until I filed with her and became a "customer". Who does that? That is like saying you can have a brochure about a new car listing its features after you buy it. No thank you.By bobbyjoe Murtha, February 06, 2017
