- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆45 minute wait at atm is frequent because people take forever with teller assist. or atm is not functioning properly. A few employees are very good and courteous, the rest are clearly there to do as little as possible and still get paid. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆God this location is garbage. 1st) The ATMs close at 8pm. Wut? 2) There are 2 drive-thru Full Service ATMs, but 90% of the time, only 1 is working. 3) Since BoA have replaced a ton of their workforce with these Full Service ATMs, be prepared to wait at least 10-15 just to pull your cash out since no one has any clue how to work these things 4) There are two ATMs at the front, by the street, but these are not the Full Service ATMs and thus only dispense 20s 5) Another 2 ATMs inside, but once again, 90% of the time, only 1 ATM is working 6) God forbid you want to deal with an actual person as there is generally only 1 person working the line, so be prepared to wait 20-30 mins. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst bank ever. Expect to wait in line for at least 45 minutes on any day of the week. You get to wait while little obnoxious kids cry cause they have spent all morning at the bank. Employees are rude, most likely because they suck at their only duty, counting money, and are always at maximum capacity. If the manager could allow them the ability to remove their shoes at work, it may help speed things up cause I think they are running out of fingers to count for the big deposits...
