- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place sucks. It's always busy & the lines are insanely long. Plan on spending 30-45 minutes waiting. There a a few nice tellers but everyone else is rude. The last 2 times I have been here there was irate customers in line yelling and cursing about the service. This branch and the one in Temple Terrace are the reason I closed my account with BOA.By melanie ford, August 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the slowest branch I've ever visited. The tellers watch the growing line, but don't acknowledge the waiting clients. I've visited this location 3 times (3 different months) and each time I've had to wait 30+ minutes for Teller assistance. 2 tellers during lunch rush hour?! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently visited this Bank of America location to deposit a money order from Amscot into my checking account. After waiting nearly thirty minutes in line, the teller refused to deposit the money order and insisted that I must go to Amscot to use it. (keep in mind that its a money order, as long as your ID matches the name on the order, you can access it's funds anywhere) I was then directed to the bank manager who just repeated the same thing the teller had said. I then left this bank and visited the BoA on Bears Avenue by the 275 exit. They completed the transaction without any problems within 10 minutes. The wait at this location is ridiculously long and their staff are incompetent. Avoid this Bank of America location.By Daniel Mankarious, March 29, 2017
