  Hoping this rating will stay! Opening a joint account with boyfriend this morning. A checking & savings account. Starting it with a large check that is their check with the hopes of getting it cashed first with no problems because he has to get to work by 10, I wouldn't think it would be a problem due to the fact the check is their own but we don't have an account yet. Does anyone know how they are regarding to cashing checks? If he has no problems then when he gets done with work between 2-3, we're going back together and opening the accounts, just no time this a.m.!

  I bank at Wellsfargo and decided to go in and wonder about a loan. I was told I was going to be contacted by someone by phone to process the application. I was contacted and the representative ask me for all my information. One and a half weeks later I'm still waiting to hear from them. I have called several times and left messages. I believe it is very disrespectful to not take someone else time. Even considering not banking with them anymore.

  So far, so good, no problems, pleasant. Depending on when I walk in, sometimes I have to wait to be seen when they're busy, other times they helped me immediately. Customer service is usually very good both on phone, and in bank location. They also notarize documents for me free of charge :-) . They used to be Wachovia bank, their hours weren't good. But, since they merged, once Wells Fargo was established, Mondays through Fridays, you can walk into branch - open till 6:00 p.m. it used to be only Friday till 6:00, or only using drive through, so much better hours now. Don't know Saturday hours, & closed Sundays. In addition, they try to save you money.
