  Linda and George are absolutely amazing!! Linda helped my fiancé create the PERFECT engagement ring for me. When we returned to check the sizing of my ring, George assisted us with picking out our beautiful bands. Everyone was so welcoming and really made the experience special for us! Quality jewelry and a quality staff!

  I had the best experience ever! My husband and I went to let them have a look at my wedding ring of 16 years that had been ruined the year before (in my eyes) by another jewelry store, so badly that I really wasn't wearing it anymore. My friend had gone to Ackerman and said they were wonderful. Well they were better than good, they were amazing! Dina (who knows her stuff by the way!) took a look at my ring and gave me many options that I never even knew existed. She really listened to me and understood the connection that I had with my wedding ring and that this was not an easy thing for me to decide what to do. She really put me at ease and made me comfortable and excited to "upgrade" my ring. Then once I decided what I wanted to do she brought over Michelle who was so sweet and patient. She showed me multiple options. I found a ring that was almost the updated version of my 16 year old ring that I had loved so dearly, so we decided to go for it. Here is the best part...it was our Anniversary that day and really I wasn't planning to get a ring, and so I figured it will take them a few days probably to get it all done. Nope Michelle said with a huge smile your ring will be ready for you to pick up TODAY. We don't want you to not have your wedding ring on your Anniversary. I was blown away! I could not believe it, when I came back later to pick it up they both were there to see the unveiling and so excited with me. I had to do everything in my power to not cry, it had been so long since I really was excited to wear my ring again. That meant so much to me they will never know. What I do know is I will never go any where else but here for my jewelry needs. You have a customer for life! They are truly world class.
