- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was very dissatisfied with the level of service I received at this location in particular. I went in for notary and was told their Notary was out of the office and would return later and to come back at 3PM. I came back at 3PM and was notified that their Notary was out for the day. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After 20 yrs of living in Tampa and much banking at many other banks I have finally found a bank I can refer. Not only is it a bank that offers you many different choices but the employees of this bank are the reason why we chose to bank here. Miguel Figueroa and his manager Lisa are not only very professional but very personable. You can call them and be sure that they will return your call if they are not available and do the most for any of their customers. I love these guys they are friendly and professional.
