  Joyce Coleman's office has terrible follow-up. This office was unable to explain the $300.00 rate increase I recently experienced. I called twice and the person who could explain was "out" and I was told I would receive a call back. Between the time that i was waiting on a call back I had 2 calls trying to collect payment on the policy. It seems they were very concerned and good about following up for payment but not so much for customer understanding. State Farm is definitely good insurance but I WOULD NOT recommend Joyce Coleman's office. They just lost a 10 year policy holder, after switching to her as my agent--I just did not receive the same quality of service I was used to from my agent in Ohio.

  My wife was trying to catch up on her insurance so we called the office that handles her policy, this office, they told her a specific amount would get her back in order and insurance straightened up. 3 weeks later we find out they shouldn't have taken the payment and it was reveresed, not back into my bank but a check was written and was in the mail. Still no check and my wife was driving around for 3 weeks without insurance not knowing she didn't have it because they took our payment and said everything was good. Now until we get the money we paid we can't buy new insurance. And no one can tell us where our money is. We have now filed a complaint with the Office of insurance regulation and the department of financial services as well as a BBB complaint and corporate. Not only did they lie about taking our payment but we have been told that the check is "in the mail" for the last 3 weeks and that we should receive it "tomorrow" well tomorrow has come and gone. Do not ever go through this agency. Geico or Progressive would never have allowed this to happen.
