- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I used to go there until one time I refered a friend of mine to go there and after this lady told him what his refund was going to be he said never mind and asked for his documents to be returned then this lady did not want to give them back to him and kept telling him that was the best he was going to get. My friend had to snatch his documents from her hands so he could leave and do his taxes somewhere else. So unprofessional, so bad I don't remember her name.By Clark Ken, September 03, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people will take up to 600 bucks and not tell you. Also, when you ask them for copies of your documents, they just want to keep the original documents and it's hard to get copies from them. They don't really explain anything. I should have went to H&R block like I usually do. I never have problems with my taxes but because I went to them, I'm already having problems with the IRS. They will mess you up, or enter the wrong information especially if you are open minded by letting them know that you're aware of there fraudulent acts! Stay away!! Yes they will be nice to you as soon as you walk in, but after they get all of your information and charging you a big amount(600-up) without telling, they won't be nice anymoreBy Customer Support, April 01, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆this is the worth place ever they will lie to you think you will get more money back at that place but really they take over 300 in fees out when u can get it done for a lot cheaper some where else.
