  Scorecard Rewards Program Issues Upon going through changes to the scorecard rewards website and updating to the program my account was partially erased by the company. I called in several times over the past couple months just to get a different story from each scorecard employee. couple weeks ago I finally told they I need my points fixed as I have tracked and made extra purchases to accumulate the most points just to be told sorry there is an issue on the credit unions side with communicating to them the proper points. I told them that was unacceptable and I need it resolved somehow. They stated they would get with suncoast credit union and get back to me with in 3-5 business days and of course we are past that promise as well. Now we are 3 months past the issue with no resolve still!! The reason I put my credit union down for this complaint is this is what they are advertising to their customers as a benefit and are not providing.

  Very friendly and efficient staff. Large lot with several drive thru lanes. There is even a shaded area in back on the way to the drive thru - if needed- it's convenient to be able to park in a shady area and fill out your deposit slips, etc. Walk in wise, even on a busy day with a long line, they still manage to keep it moving and it's never a long wait. Only unattractive thing is that it's very hard to see if you don't know what your looking for. With that being said it's next to a McDonald's, which is close to the intersection of N Boulevard & Fletcher Ave with a Walgreens.
