- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had high hopes for this branch when I moved to the neighborhood. I had some pretty great customer service with previous experiences. I was starting to get concerned with the bank in general when I had a series of fraudulent charges to my card with SunTrust. After having several cards sent out to me, I visited this branch to get better insight into what was going on with their security. Not only did they stumble over their answers and fail to give me any manner of a legitimate answer as to why I had consecutive fraudulent charges, the lady who was my customer service rep assured me that I would get a new card within 3 to 5 business days. After 10 days I called in to the SunTrust customer support to find out where my card was... The lady failed to EVER EVEN HAVE THE CARD SENT OUT. This has been ridiculous, the one thing that was keeping me from closing out my account and moving my money somewhere more secure was the assureance I has received from a previous branch. I will be closing out my accounts and moving my business elsewhere.By Seth Goodfellow, July 03, 2017
