  Sold a printer on ebay, put it and the accessories, manuals etc in a box I had and took it to the store. Discussed with the manager that it needed to be put in a bigger box and properly packaged in order to protect it during shipment. Paid the store for a box and packing services and paid them for USPS shipping because it was less expensive. The item was shipped in the same box I brought it to the store in with only a couple of pieces of crumpled paper on top. By the time it got where it was going it was severely damaged. Had to pay return shipping and refund the purchase. Took it to the store and all they would do is refund the packing and original shipping fee. UPS Store has a Pack and Ship Guarantee that covers damage when you pay them to pack stuff but this store said he wouldn't honor it. Said I should take it up with USPS because it wasn't properly handled. USPS said if he had packed it correctly like I paid him to it wouldn't have gotten damaged. Don't trust this guy to pack your stuff. I won't ever go back to this store.

  Terrible experience with this store. I took a package to this location for shipping. The package went missing. When I returned to the store to ask help, the man said he could do absolutely nothing. And then he did absolutely nothing. I called the UPS 1-800 Customer Service people who eventually found my package. UPS told me the STORE becomes the sender, and the STORE is suppose to track the package down. No plans to ever go back to that store. Customer service was non-existent.
