    Cost my business over $1,000 because she failed to send a binder to show coverage for my business. Caused my business to be shut-down for a day, absolutely the WORST INSURER EVER! Horrible customer service, several yelling matches on the phone with Sanda Young, one of the agents that works there. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER
